Using sound techniques, Gaia Touch, and mindful loving intent we’ll visit local trees to connect more deeply with their core essence. We can have fun dowsing to verify the effects of our work. Jackie will also do a guided tree meditation for early Autumn. We can ground our individual and collective work through the sharing of our experiences. Such hands-on work can fill us with joy and a sense of being alive and more fully human.

Bring your own pendulums of dowsing rods if you wish to dowse. The afternoon will be spent outside. In the morning we will prepare with exercises, the Ogham (Celtic lettering) and meditations.
