This workshop is about being with Gaia in ways that deeply connect us to not only the Earth but to that part of us which we often neglect sadly: our elemental selves.

We will visit some new and some places already visited on the previous workshop led by Marko Pogacnik in late May. All welcome!

Using some specific Gaia Touch exercises, sound, and contemplation we will tune into Gaia at the sites and work together with the intent to become more conscious of the Earth as a living complex being.

We can have a picnic lunch in Coole Park which has toilet and cafe facilities. I hope that people can briefly introduce each other and that we will conclude with questions and a brief sharing. I will attempt to explain the exercises so we can relax more into them and trust our inner processes.

The energies are always changing in our planet so the exact local itinerary is only chosen close to the time.
