During the month of May we think of merriment and the delights of Spring. This is the Hawthorn month and to celebrate it I am leading a walk down the Inagh Glen again, with a blend of guided meditations, sound healing, Gaia Touch exercises and tree lore.

The glen is so pretty at all times of year and it affords a gentle mindful stroll so we can connect deeply with nature and reconnect with our essential selves.

Last month women asked me to return soon as they wanted to travel back up from Cork for this celebration of nature and life.
